Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai is the Vice Chancellor and Senior Professor at National Law University Delhi. He is scholar of criminal law, criminology, and victimology. With over three decades of experience in legal education, research, and public policy, he has worked tirelessly towards shaping criminal justice reforms, pioneer the concepts of victim justice and wrongful prosecution in India. In recognition of his contributions to law and justice in India and internally, he was called upon to serve as Secretary General of the World Society of Victimology, a post that he has been honoured to hold.

Dr. Deo is an Associate Professor of Law at National Law University Delhi and the Director of the Centre for Criminology and Victimology where she leads several initiaives including the Chair on Justice for Children in collaboration with UNICEF and the Victim Advocacy Project. She teaches criminal law, criminology, and research methods. Her research, primarily data driven, examines the role and relevance of the institutions of policing, courts, and prisons in fulfilling the promises of criminal justice. She completed her BA, LLB degree from National Law School of India University and holds a J.S.D. and LL.M. from Yale Law School and an M.Sc. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford.

Cédric Foussard is the founder of the International Centre for Justice Alliance (ICJA), an international non-profit dedicated to transforming justice systems through collaboration, innovation, and strategic dialogue; bringing together policymakers, legal professionals, researchers, civil society actors, the private sector, and people with lived experience to drive lasting change. He is Visiting Professor at Manchester Metropolitan University on Children’s Justice, and Expert Advisor at the Children and Young People’s Centre for Justice as well as Expert Advisor to the Global Working Group on SDG16+ Justice for Children led by the Inspiring Children’s Futures at the University of Strathclyde.

Angela Vigil is the Partner and Executive Director of the Pro Bono Practice at Baker McKenzie, where she leads the firm’s global pro bono strategy and initiatives. A distinguished trial lawyer and advocate, her work focuses on children’s rights, civil rights, human rights, and juvenile justice. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, she directed children’s law pro bono projects at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law’s Bluhm Legal Clinic, where she led strategic litigation and advocacy on behalf of children. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on children’s law, legal ethics, access to justice, and pro bono practice, and has received numerous honours from the American Bar Association and the National Association of Counsel for Children for her outstanding contributions to public service and child advocacy.

Anant Kumar Asthana is a lawyer. He works in and outside courts to bend the ark of law towards justice for children. He has been active in the space of child justice in India for almost two decades now. He is an acclaimed trainer and credible voice on child rights.

Bharti Ali is a development professional with over 30 years of experience advancing gender equality, child rights, and access to justice. Her expertise spans social and legal research, policy engagement, capacity building, and curriculum development. She has worked with governments, UN agencies, civil society, and academic institutions to strengthen laws, policies, and systems for women and children.

Biraj Swain is the Chief Minister's Chair Professor cum Director, Centre for Child Rights, National Law University Odisha. She is a senior global development expert with a body of work in India, Asia and East Africa. Her focus areas are child rights, human rights, citizen-state engagement and media ethics. She has multiple prestigious fellowships from ICFJ Washington DC, Oxfam International Oxford, WISCOMP and KIHT-WHO Geneva. She holds a Masters in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, Post Grad in English Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication and Post Grad Diploma in Human Rights Law from NLSIU Bangalore. She is also an alumnus of the founding batch of Women in Leadership Programme of ISB Hyderabad. She is the curator and co-editor of Standing on the threshold: Food Justice in India published by Wiley Blackwell, co-author of Nourishing the Indian Tribal published by Unicef and creator of the multi-media series #ChildhoodMatters and Global Summits: Where are we going? Christine is a partner in the Hong Kong disputes practice, specialising in corporate crime and investigations. She has over 10 years' experience in all forms of contentious work, including cross-border investigations and litigation, as well as other corruption-related matters. She has acted for clients in disputes with regulators and other parties, both through litigation and different forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation and complex negotiations.

Deeba Naseem is a child rights practitioner with over 17 years of experience in child protection and juvenile justice. She has served on the Juvenile Justice Board and currently chairs the Child Welfare Committee, Delhi. Her work focuses on implementing the JJ Act and POCSO Act through multidisciplinary coordination, child-centred decision-making, and systems strengthening.

Deeksha Gujral leads iProbono India, which provides legal aid and engages in advocacy and psychosocial support to secure access to justice for vulnerable populations, including victims of sexual abuse and children in conflict with law. A lawyer from the University of Cambridge, she has worked extensively on the effective implementation of juvenile justice laws.

Adv. Kumar Shailabh is child rights lawyer and has been associated with HAQ: Centre for Child Rights, a Delhi based NGO working towards recognition, promotion and protection of all rights for all children. He has been working on the issues of children and governance and child protection for the last 14 years. Before dedicating himself to child rights, Mr. Shailabh has worked on the issues of dams and development in the Narmada valley with farmers and Adivasis. Mr. Shailabh is also serving as the Co-Convenor of the Working Group on Human Rights in India and at the UN (WGHR) where he closely engages with UN instruments like treaty bodies and Special Procedures to highlight the situation of children’s rights in India.

Navneet Kumar presently works as a Legal cum Probation Officer in the District Child Protection Unit, Munger. He has 8 years of experience in child protection and child safeguarding, risk assessment, extending legal support, preparing SIR and ICP, and coordinating with the stakeholders of Mission Vatsalya in the district of Munger, Bihar. He believes strong child safeguarding goes beyond policies; it requires leadership, accountability, and action.

Nimisha Srivastava is Executive Director of Counsel to Secure Justice (CSJ), a non-profit working on access to justice for child survivors of sexual abuse, children in conflict with law and child protection systems strengthening. She trains government and judicial stakeholders across the country in effective implementation of child rights laws. A Commonwealth scholar from the University of Oxford, Nimisha has 15+ years of experience in advocacy, capacity building, justice systems, rights-based law implementation, public policy development, research, stakeholder engagement and mass communication.

Shikha Pandey is Asia Program Director at the International Legal Foundation, also Acting Country Director for ILF Myanmar. An Indian criminal lawyer with MSW, globally she leads integrated legal aid, specialized juvenile and gender justice initiatives. Previously, she was David W. Leebron Human Rights Fellow and practiced criminal law in Delhi.

Sneha Singh is an alumna of CLC, Delhi University having a decade long practice of criminal & caused-based litigation. She has worked with HRLN, Mumbai, Senior Advocate Nitya Ramakrishnan; HAQ Centre for Child Rights, and Delhi State Legal Aid Services Authority. Currently, she is serving as a Jail Visting Advocate of HC.

Swagata Raha is Director-Research & Co-Director, Restorative Practices at Enfold Trust, with over 21 years of experience in legal reseach and child protection. A legal researcher, trainer, and restorative practices facilitator, she has led POCSO implementation studies, contributed to Juvenile Justice Rules in Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh, and has been appointed as amicus in matters before the Karnataka High Court.

Urvashi Tilak has 15 years of experience working on women's and children's rights and is now CSJ's Senior Director. She manages restorative justice and diversion programs, working directly with children in conflict with the law and advocating for system change.

Aadesh is an advocate practising before the Supreme Court, Madhya Pradesh High Court, and various District Courts, with interests in civil law, criminal law, constitutional law, and child rights. A Gold Medalist in Law from Nirma University, he also serves as an Announcer at All India Radio and regularly engages in legal research, public speaking, and academic initiatives. Aadesh is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Aastha works with the Resource Cell for Juvenile Justice (RCJJ), a field action project of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She is a development professional working in the field of child rights and juvenile justice, with a strong commitment to strengthening access to justice for children in conflict with the law. Her work focuses on programme management of the Help Desk project, documentation, research, capacity building, and policy advocacy within the Juvenile Justice System. She holds a B.A. LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune, and an LL.M. in Access to Justice from TISS, Mumbai.

Abrar is an practising advocate in the courts of Jammu and Kashmir with extensive experience in trial and appellate advocacy. His practice spans civil, criminal, commercial, banking, constitutional, and family disputes, with a dedicated focus on juvenile justice, child protection, and POCSO matters. He also engages in legal research, policy advocacy, strategic litigation, and access-to-justice initiatives. Abrar is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Akshya Singh is an advocate practising before various judicial forums in Delhi. She has experience working with victims of child sexual abuse and gender-based violence. Her areas of interest include criminal law, constitutional law, and public law. She is currently a Litigation Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Anjali's work as a Protection Officer (Institutional Care) with the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, focuses on monitoring Child Care Institutions, handling child protection cases involving child labour, trafficking, abuse, and neglect, and POCSO, supporting aftercare and rehabilitation, facilitating access to government schemes, and conducting awareness and capacity-building programmes on child rights.

Apoorv Tiwary is a Communications Professional and Researcher based in Delhi with 9 years' experience across UNICEF India and the Election Commission of India. His work spans advocacy campaigns, programme design, collaterals development, and stakeholder engagement. He has an M.A. in Development Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia and is UGC NET qualified as an Assistant Professor.

Arunima works as a Programme Consultant at the All India Dalit Mahila Adhikar Manch. With a background in criminology and a specialisation in human rights, her work focuses on child protection, human rights, victim assistance, and policy advocacy. She has extensive field and research experience in strengthening grassroots leadership and legal psychosocial support systems.

Arzoo Raj is an advocate with nearly a decade of experience in criminal, civil, matrimonial, commercial, and consumer matters before trial courts, appellate courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums across India. She has experience in victim representation, legal aid, and access-to-justice initiatives, focusing on gender-based violence, victim participation, and vulnerable communities. Her work is currently supported by the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Litigation Fellowship.

Ashshifa Zaidi is a Paralegal Fellow at Neev as part of NLUD's Victim Advocacy Project, working across Delhi district courts on domestic violence, maintenance, and POCSO cases. She handles case documentation, drafts court applications, translates statements and legal records, and supports victims as an early point of contact navigating the legal process from case intake through court proceedings.

Balkrishna Gujar is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in litigation across criminal, civil, child rights, consumer, and service laws. He has represented clients before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, JJBs, POCSO Courts, CWCs, CAT, DRT, and various District and Sessions Courts. He is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Chanchal Vats is passionate about child protection, victim support, gender justice, and psychosocial care. With over ten years of experience in social work, she has worked with women, children, and vulnerable communities. She currently serves as a Social Worker at CSJ, as part of the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Paralegal Fellowship, supporting child survivors in POCSO cases through legal, psychosocial, and rehabilitation interventions.

Dalia Das is a 2025 law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and practises before the Delhi High Court and District Courts. Her interests include criminal justice, human rights, child rights, and the rights of marginalised communities. She has worked with the North East Law Network, Himachal Queer Foundation, THRIVE, and UN Women India initiatives, contributing to legal research, rights-based advocacy, community engagement, and access to justice. She is currently a Litigation Fellow under the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Deepak Bhati began his journey in child protection as a District Coordinator for Childline Gurugram with Shakti Vahini, assisting children in need of care and protection and children in conflict with law. This deepened his understanding of their vulnerabilities and strengthened his commitment to ensuring child safety and protection at the district level. He is currently a Paralegal Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Devesh Kumar is a legal practitioner committed to advancing constitutional values, strengthening legal institutions, and improving access to justice. He began his career as an Associate at Trilegal, where he gained experience advising leading corporations on complex legal matters. He is a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. He is currently a Litigation Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD, and in that capacity he works on acid-attack cases with Brave Souls Foundation.

Dilwar Hussain Barlaskar is interested in refugee law, human rights, immigration, constitutional litigation, and criminal defence. Alongside being an independent litigator, he serves as a member of the Global Strategic Litigation Council and Senior Legal Officer at ADRA India, providing legal aid, strategic litigation, and policy advocacy for refugees and vulnerable communities across India. His work is supported by the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Litigation Fellowship.

Hamza Tariq has worked in trial work, SC-ST PoA matters, and domestic violence cases. He has previously worked at CSJ, Ahmedabad and a litigation chamber in Delhi. He is currently a Litigation Fellow under the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Harshita Mishra's interests lie in criminal law, technology law, and victimology, shaped by internships in trial courts and legal aid clinics. Her deeper drive comes from five years spent working in underprivileged children's education in Delhi. She sees herself working at the intersection where legal literacy meets real, immediate support. She is currently a Paralegal Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Javaid is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, University of Kashmir. His teaching and research focus on child protection, child rights, social policy, adversity-affected children, and vulnerable populations. He is interested in strengthening child protection systems in J&K through research, teaching, policy engagement, and field-based practice.

Joicy is interested in legal research and advocacy, particularly in criminal justice reform to support female victims. Her work focuses on protecting survivors of violence and navigating the judicial process. Over the past few years, she has focused on victim-rights-based litigation, working with HRLN and currently at PART III. Her work is supported by the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Litigation Fellowship.

Juhi holds an MA in Social Work (Mental Health) from TISS Mumbai. Her work has included community mental health fieldwork with women transitioning from institutional care under the Mental Healthcare Act 2017, caregiver support programmes, and livelihoods-focused community engagement in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Khushi Kaushal is a recent MA Social Work (Children and Families) graduate from TISS, Mumbai, currently working as a Chief Minister's Good Governance Associate in Jhajjar, Haryana. Her experiences across governance, public service delivery, child protection, comprehensive sexuality education, and adolescent health continue to shape her interest in child rights law and advocacy.

Krishni Kaikini is a mental health professional by training, interested in how she navigates accountability in a flawed world. She is currently working with Brave Souls Foundation as a paralegal volunteer.

Kriti is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and a J4C Research Fellow with NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF. Her work focuses on child rights, legal research, and capacity-building for justice professionals. She is committed to strengthening child protection systems through research, training, and access to justice.

Laukendra Kumar has a legal background and has been working in the child protection sector for more than two decades, strengthening legal action in cases concerning abuse against women and children. He aims to ensure immediate aid and assistance for women and children while creating a safe environment that ensures their safety and protection. He is currently a Litigation Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Mohd Shoaib Khan is an advocate based in Delhi who previously worked with the Migration and Asylum Project as a Catalyst for Change Fellow. He regularly appears before the trial courts of Delhi and the Delhi High Court, and has an interest in the criminal justice system and human rights. His work is supported by the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Litigation Fellowship.

Nazrah is a Doctoral Scholar in Political Science at Jamia Millia Islamia whose work explores the intersections of child rights, juvenile justice, conflict, and governance in Kashmir. Drawing on policy and field experience with the Government of Delhi, she advances evidence-informed approaches to institutional reform, social justice, and inclusive public policy.

Poonam Raj is a Social Worker at Counsel to Secure Justice (CSJ), Delhi as part of the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Paralegal Fellowship. She has a postgraduate degree in Sociology and over four years of experience in child rights and community development. She has experience in POCSO case management, trauma-informed support, family engagement, legal coordination, and advocacy for children's protection, rehabilitation, and access to justice.

Pridhi Chopra is an advocate based in Delhi. Currently, her practice focuses on domestic and sexual violence matters, alongside legal aid and awareness initiatives. Through her legal writing and advocacy, she is committed to advancing the rights of victims, especially women and children. Her work is supported by the NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Litigation Fellowship.

Priyanka is a Research Scholar at NLU Patiala, Punjab, and an Advocate associated with the One Stop Centre Scheme under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, providing legal aid to women and child victims. Her research focuses on cyberbullying, child rights, and victim protection.

Punita is a B.A. graduate from Maharshi Dayanand University with four years of experience in the social sector, working with NGOs including Humana, Nandi, Pratham, and Raman Foundation. She has worked in community education, field surveys, and awareness initiatives, with interests in community development, social welfare, women's empowerment, and child marriage prevention. She is currently a Paralegal Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Rishabh Arya's interests lie in gender justice, survivor-centred justice, communal violence, intersectionality, child rights, and public policy. He works with survivors of gender- and identity-based violence, supporting research, legal processes, and access to rights. He previously interned with UNDP India, the National Human Rights Commission of India, and the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights. He is a Paralegal Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Ritu Sharma is a practising advocate with 24 years of experience at the Madhya Pradesh High Court. She served as a Juvenile Justice Board Member for three years, working with Children in Conflict with Law (CCL). She is pursuing Ph.D. research on juvenile rights and has published research on child protection.

Rubina Bee Ruhal is an advocate based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, with three years of courtroom practice. Prior to her legal practice, she worked extensively with Jan Sahas from 2012 to 2019, focusing on child rights and social justice. Today, she combines her legal drafting and advocacy skills with a deep commitment to serving underprivileged communities and fighting for social justice. She is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Samraddhi's research interest focuses on victim support and compensation, inter-agency collaboration, and child rights and technology. She pursuing a PhD on Evaluating Child Policing under the Juvenile Justice Framework in India: A Case Study of Special Juvenile Police Units in the State of Madhya Pradesh, India, from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. She completed postgraduation from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and graduation from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. She is currently a J4C Research Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF

Saraswati is currently working as a Paralegal Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD. Her interests include legal awareness, women’s rights, and access to justice. Previously, she worked with MAP as a Paralegal Volunteer, supporting women with police, court, and hospital procedures. She also runs an education centre.

Satakshi works as a Family Welfare Officer at TARA India, supporting vulnerable children and families through community-based interventions. Drawing on Child Welfare Committee field experience and child-centred research, she is committed to advancing child rights through advocacy and practice. She received her postgraduate degree in Criminology (Specialisation in Forensic Psychology) from NFSU Delhi.

Senu Nizar has over five years of experience litigating before various forums in New Delhi. She has experience handling a variety of cases in civil and commercial law, public law, and sexual and gender-based violence. She is currently a Litigation Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Shamal Ramshe is an interdisciplinary socio-legal researcher and an LL.B. final-year student at Shahaji Law College, Kolhapur, with a Master's degree in Political Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dedicated to child rights advocacy and policy reform, she has conducted grassroots policy auditing with the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) and Child Rights and You (CRY). Her practical experience spans litigation research at the Bombay High Court and fellowships with FLAME University and Sevagram Ashram, focusing on constitutional rights, rural equity, and child-centric governance.

Shruti is a Sexual Literacy Trainer & Menstrual Health Educator with 10 years in the development sector. Reached 25,000+ children across private, government, and MCD schools, juvenile justice settings, and child care institutions. Expertise in sexual literacy, body safety, CSA prevention, menstrual health, and life-skills education. Former Child Welfare Officer (MWCD-affiliated institution), coordinated with CWC, DCPCR, and protection systems. Extensive experience working with parents, caregivers, teachers, and frontline stakeholders to strengthen child-safe ecosystems. Led youth employability and psychosocial skill programmes for young adults (18-25) across sectors. Currently leading child safety and awareness initiatives through structured, curriculum-aligned interventions.

Snehal Asthana is a criminology and law scholar specialising in forensic psychology, victimology, child rights, and crime prevention. As a UGC-NET JRF qualified researcher and J4C Research Fellow, she contributes to interdisciplinary socio-legal research, policy analysis, and evidence-based criminal justice initiatives.

Sonali is a practising advocate with close to 8 years of experience, specialising in child rights litigation and child protection law in addition to other practice areas. She has actively represented children before Special Courts (POCSO), Juvenile Justice Boards, Child Welfare Committees, and the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. She is currently serving as the Supervisor for the J4C Litigation Fellowship in Madhya Pradesh established under the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children in collaboration with UNICEF.

Suchitra Singh's interests lie in criminal law, child rights, victim-centred justice, and criminal procedure reform. She has worked extensively on criminal litigation, including matters under the POCSO Act and the Juvenile Justice Act, while also engaging in research and advocacy concerning child protection, restorative justice, and access to justice. She is currently a Litigation Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Sugandh is an advocate and trainer with over four years of experience in litigation, child rights, gender justice, POCSO/POSH compliance, and legal awareness. She also conducts capacity-building programmes, delivers legal training, and promotes access to justice through community engagement, legal education, and institutional collaboration in her area. She is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Suhaila Ali is a lawyer with over 23 years of experience in civil, criminal, and child rights litigation. She serves as a Panel Lawyer with the DLSA Srinagar. She has delivered lectures on a wide range of legal topics in schools, colleges, and universities, and has conducted numerous legal awareness programmes across different districts of J&K, promoting legal literacy and empowering communities with knowledge of their rights and legal remedies. In recognition of her contribution to legal aid services, she was honoured with the Best Panel Lawyer Award by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the J&K High Court. She has also received the Best Tele-Law Panel Lawyer Award twice from the Union Law Minister for her outstanding contribution to the Tele-Law programme. She is a member of the Legal Services Unit for Children (LSUC) and the ASHA Scheme under NALSA. She also serves as a Panel Lawyer for the NALSA 15100 Legal Aid Helpline, continuing her commitment to making quality legal assistance accessible to those in need. She is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Sunaina works to strengthen child protection systems through safeguarding, institutional reform, and capacity building. She has collaborated with government agencies, schools, and civil society to promote children's rights, support the implementation of child protection laws, and build safer, more accountable environments where every child can thrive.

Swathi is a Research Psychologist at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, working on the PARAM Project. Her work focuses on psychological assessments, community-based research, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Her interests include child and adolescent mental health, developmental psychology, and early intervention. She is committed to advancing evidence-informed research, child rights, and mental health advocacy to improve lifelong mental health outcomes.

Syed Munazer Ahmad is a practising advocate focusing on legal representation and advocacy for children, advancing child rights and juvenile justice. Engaged in direct representation of children in conflict with the law before Juvenile Justice Boards in Jammu & Kashmir, alongside litigation and legal advocacy to improve access to justice, with a strong emphasis on child protection, due process, and rehabilitation within the juvenile justice system. Munazer is currently a J4C Litigation Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF.

Tanmoyee (She/Her) is a social worker with seven years of experience at the intersections of gender justice and child protection. She leads the Child Protection Unit at Shakti Shalini, supporting children of SGBV survivors. Her work spans trauma-informed care, survivor support, research, training, restorative practices, and POSH committees.

Tanvi Anand is an advocate and investigator-analyst working across criminal litigation, evidence, human rights, and accountability. She has contributed to United Nations investigative mechanisms, CEDAW treaty-body processes, the Afghanistan Mission in Geneva, and litigation chambers in Delhi. Her interests include gender justice, child rights, intersectionality, and survivor-centred, trauma-informed legal practice. She is currently a Litigation Fellow with the Victim Advocacy Project at NLUD.

Therese is a postdoctoral researcher in Human Rights Studies, based at BML Munjal University (Haryana) and Lund University (Sweden). Her research focuses on advocacy, activism, and duty bearing for children's and youth's rights through ethnographic methods and critical child rights theory, mostly in the context of India.

Umesh Pathak is an advocate and NLUD Victim Advocacy Project Litigation Fellowship working on child rights, victim support, and access to justice. She practises in Palwal, Haryana, with an interest in criminal law, POCSO, victim advocacy, and legal awareness. She is actively engaged in community outreach, awareness programmes, and legal assistance for vulnerable children and victims.

Vaidehi Subramani worked in the child rights and protection system for ten years in Delhi, serving as a Chairperson of the CWC and a Social Member of the JJB. She is an Academic and Field Work Counsellor at IGNOU. She presently takes sessions on POCSO, the JJ Act, and POSH. She serves as Chairperson, LC of South West Delhi, and Member Secretary, LC, Central Delhi.

Vineet Tayal is a J4C Research Fellow with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children established in collaboration with UNICEF. His research interests include child rights, criminal law, public law, AI and law, jurisprudence, and Indigenous legal thought. His current research examines questions of accountability, technology governance, and criminal responsibility in emerging AI ecosystems. Scholarly work engages with TWAIL, Fourth World approaches, and feminist legal frameworks.

Yashasvi is a policy researcher at Child Rights and You (CRY), working at the intersection of child rights, governance, and public policy. Her work focuses on evidence generation, policy analysis, institutional partnerships, and capacity building to strengthen child-responsive governance and support rights-based policy and programme implementation.

Aadya is a third-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at National Law University Delhi and a Student Researcher with the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children in collaboration with UNICEF. Her academic interests lie in criminal law, child rights, constitutional law, and public policy. She contributes to the Chair's research and publications, including its monthly newsletter.

Ankita Wilson is a human rights lawyer with over eight years of experience in strategic litigation and victim-centred justice. She has worked with the Human Rights Law Network, HAQ: Centre for Child Rights, and ADF International in the areas of public interest litigation, bonded labour, trafficking, gender-based violence, child rights, prison reforms, constitutional and minority rights. She is an Arête Academy Fellowship Asia 2024 recipient. Currently, she leads the VAP Fellowship established under the Victim Advocacy Project, NLUD.

Aravya is a third-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at National Law University Delhi and a Student Researcher at the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children (UNICEF). Her academic interests include child rights, constitutional law, law pertaining to sernior citizens, and personal law. Himanshi Yadav received her B.A. LL. B. (Constitutional Law Hons.) degree from NLU Jodhpur. Her research interests lie at the intersection of criminology and feminist legal theory. She is currently working as a research associate at the Centre for Criminology and Victimology, NLUD where she leads the research team working on the Social Harms in Madhya Pradesh Project supported by UNFPA.

Isha Anupriya leads the Documentation team of the Victim Advocacy Project, NLUD. Her research interest lies in interrogating the legal systems that do not just function as abstract norms but are intertwined with our identity and everyday lives. Prior to joining NLUD, she has been associated with the Judicial Academy Jharkhand as a Research Scholar in Criminal Law.

Jupitara Gogoi is a legal professional and researcher focusing on constitutional law, social justice, policy and criminal law. She is dedicated to advancing policy research and socio-legal studies that promote equity and protect vulnerable groups of the society. She is currently working as a research associate at the Centre for Criminology and Victimology, NLUD where she leads the research team working on the Decriminalisation of Industrial Laws in Chattisgarh Project supported by the Department of Commerce and Industries, State of Chattisgarh.

Karan is a second-year law student at National Law University, Delhi, with a keen interest in constitutional law and an inclination towards studying law through an interdisciplinary lens.

Karthika is a third-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at National Law University Delhi. Sayantani Sen is a lawyer and holds a Masters of Law from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom where she was a Hodgson Scholar. With over a decade of experience in legal research, strategic litigation and policy advocacy across constitutional law, international law, human rights and environmental justice, she brings deep grassroots experience and legal expertise to research and training in victim advocacy. She currently leads the Continued Legal Education Initiative at the Victim Advocacy Project, NLUD.

Shrishti Kedia is an Academic Fellow at the Centre for Criminology and Victimology, National Law University Delhi. Her research lies at the intersection of criminal law, victimology, and victim rights jurisprudence. Through her research, training, and institutional engagements, she seeks to bridge legal scholarship with practice, advancing more responsive and humane criminal justice systems.

Srishti Ray is an Academic Fellow at the Centre for Criminology and Victimology, NLUD, and Program Manager of the J4C Research Fellowship establshed under the NLUD Chair on Justice for Children in collaboration with UNICEF. She holds an LL.M. from NUJS Kolkata and leads research and reporting on child rights law at the Chair. Her writing has been published in The Wire, the London School of Economics' South Asia Blog, and Columbia University's RightsView blog.
