Who Should Apply

This Programme is designed for early career lawyers, researchers and social workers who are committed to, or wish to deepen their engagement with, child rights law and advocacy in India. We invite applications from:

  • Practitioners in the early stages of their legal careers who work on, or wish to work on, issues of child justice, child protection, or access to justice for children
  • Young professionals engaged with civil society organisations, legal aid institutions, or research in the child rights space

Important Instructions

  • The application must be submitted through the online form specified in this advertisement. Applications sent through emails will not be considered.
  • The last date for applying is 10 July, 2026 11:59 PM IST. No Physical/ email applications will be considered after the closing date.
  • A maximum of 30 participants will be selected to attend the programme based on a selection process which includes an evaluation of the written application and a subsequent interview.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on an assessment of their application materials submitted through the online form, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and advance to the interview stage of the process. If you do not hear from the University within 4 weeks of the deadline, please assume your application was unsuccessful.
